Chiropractic First Visit

During your first visit, you will meet with Dr. Bailey. He will begin with a consultation and health history review. His goal is to understand the pain you're facing and where it's coming from.

Dr. Bailey will then perform a comprehensive Chiropractic evaluation to determine how Chiropractic will improve your condition. Your evaluation will consist of posture analysis, spinal range of motion, Chiropractic exam from head to toe, and any necessary x-rays.

The Doctor has set aside a designated time just for you. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and to get acquainted with our team.
